The model is divided into four independent compartments:

NGN networks in Kazakhstan companies are built by the classical manner: there is a Soft Switch program switchboard in network, IP/MPLS data transmission base network and the customer gateways, which established in street cabinets. Because of modules overload and absence of an empty space for DSLAM installation in street cases, it is not possible to connect other subscribers for today.
As a result, at presence of a great demand for xDSL services, there is no offer, incomes are lost, and development plan is not executed.
Another popular direction, which Kazakhstan telecommunication market focuses on today is the transition to TriplePlay services, in particular the provision of IPTV digital TV services. Today, not all access network operators are ready to move to TriplePlay, because there is no sense to change main digital station to NGN in the near future. This is a long, labor-consuming and economically inefficient task. The digital station covers all the subscribers on area of 5,5 km. For submission of high-grade digital TV requires transition to VDSL technology which works at the maximal distance of 1-1,5 km. To those subscribers who are further than for 1,5 km from the station, will not be possible to provide IPTV. The ideal solution would be to make DSLAM equipment closer to the subscriber, which can be installed in street cabinets of the customer access.

The general concept stipulates of container installation in sleeping blocks in case of modernization of network access. Power distribution racks, optical shelves, switchboard /router ME/MPLS (as an option), a separate room for the installation of diesel generators will be installed in this container. The proposed dimensions of the container are 4 x 5.5 meters. By 8 -12-cores optical fiber cable with three copper cores 6mm2, preferably by “star” topology, this container connected to ShAD-192/900 in the required numbers counting one cabinet for one or two buildings.
