Technical characteristics

  • maximum working temperature in fixed installation is from -40 ºС to +60 ºС;
  • relative humidity at temperature 35 ºС – up to 98 %;
  • DC electric resistance converted to 1 km length and temperature of 20 °C: for cores with cross section 0,12 mm² - 165,3 Ohm; for cores with cross section 0,35 mm² - 57 Ohm;
  • insulation electric resistance converted to 1 km length and temperature of 20 °C: 20 MOhm for cores with cross section — 0,12 mm²; 5 MOhm cores with cross section — 0,35 mm²;
  • electric voliume of working pair: for cross section 0,12 mm² — 72 pF/km; for section of 0,35 mm² — 83 pF/km;
  • minimum bending radius is not less than 10 OD.

Cable structure

  • cores made of MM type copper wire of the 4th class of flexibility in accordance with GOST 22483-77;
  • insulation is HDPE;
  • coloring of insulation is according to TU (Company’s standard);
  • wires are stranded in the cores;
  • common screen made of braid copper wire with not less than 70 % density;
  • screened core is jacketed with flame retardant PVC;
  • color of jacket — black or white.

Application

The microphone assembly screened cable is applied to connect separate blocks of complete set of microphones, to connect microphones with the amplifier, tape recorder, as well as a supply and installation cable in microphone networks. It can be applied to connect sensors to measuring and registering devices.
