MGShV wire Technical Specifications

  • Wires with fibrous and PVC insulation correspond with ТУ 16-505.437-82 (Company Standard);
  • Maximum working temperature of wire is from -50 ⁰C to 70 ⁰C;
  • Maximum relative humidity at +35°С is 98%;
  • Electric resistance of lead cores of the MGShV wire to DC, converted to 1 km length at the temperature +20 °С corresponds with GOST 22483-77 (State Standard); for section 0.14 mm2 – not more than 140 Ohm;
  • Electric resistance of insulation converted to 1 km length at the temperature +20 °С is not less than 20000 milliOhm; at the temperature +70 °С is not less than 1000 milliOhm;
  • AC Testing voltage is 800 volt at frequency 50 Hz for 1 min for section 0,12 – 0,14 mm2 and 2000 Volt for section 0,2 – 1,5 mm2;
  • Warranty service period is 15 years;
  • Factory length is 50 m.

Cable structure

  • Lead core made from tinned solder of copper and corresponds with 4th or 5th class of flexibility according to GOST 22483-77 (State Standard);
  • Insulation of the lead cores of MGShV wire is made of synthetic threads double in mutually perpendicular directions and of extruded PVC incombustible elastron.

Applications

MGShV wire with combined PVC and synthetic thread insulation designed for work at operating voltage 380 Volt for section 0,12 and 0,14 mm2 and 1000 Volt for section 0,2 – 1,5 mm2 at frequency up to 10 000 MHz and DC 500 and 1500 Volt respectively, at temperatures from - 50 ºС to + 70 ºС. MGShV wires with synthetic thread and PVC insulation are applied to intro- and interblock mounting of miscellaneous radio-electronic devices.
