Joint sleeves 10STp-SL-M / 10СТп-СЛ-М

Sleeves are used for termination of 3 - core cables with impregnated paper insulation for 6 and 10KV voltage.

Technical design

10STp-SL-M connecting sleeves with shrinkage material used

The sleeve set consists of:

  1. Universal connectors with tearing bolt head, produced by GPH;
  2. Special tapes;
  3. Thermocontractable tubes and gloves;
  4. Set for jackets connection with usage of earthing combined system, consisting of earthing wire, spring rings and soldering;
  5. Polyethylene protection body;
  6. Assembling instructions.

Sleeve design

Cable cores with impregnated paper insulation are covered with insulation tube. Electric field intensity at the connectors and at the cables roots are made by means of special tape with high dielectric permittivity. Roots sealing is made with thermocontractable gloves. Additional protection from mechanical impact is provided with polyethylene tube.

Technological features

Testing voltage supplying after assembling;
No special tools are required.

Testing

10STp-SL-M connecting sleeves are tested in accordance with 13781.0-86 State Standards.

Characteristics

10STp-SL-M connecting sleeves correspond to ST TOO 41021646-29-2007 and meet the requirements of 13781.0-86 State Standards.

Application

10STp-SL-M connecting sleeves are designed for connection of cables with aluminium or lead jackets with impregnated paper insulation for up to 10KV voltage in cable construction and ground operations.

Delivery

According to customer request, sets can be completed without sleeves or with sleeves for compressing for copper or aluminium cores.
